A light but complete reset

A resort stay designed around rhythm, not rush.

This original Yangshuo product is designed for guests experiencing sustained pressure, light sleep, head-neck tension, sedentary fatigue or a desire for a short restorative pause.

Instead of moving quickly between attractions, the retreat uses morning practice, local light meals, tea, foot bathing, meditation and two signature bodywork sessions to establish a gentler rhythm.

The natural destination remains part of the experience: the Yulong River, Ten-Mile Gallery and karst countryside give the program a clear sense of place.

Retreat rhythm

Morning movement, personal rituals and the river.

Song-style tea and bodywork

A hosted Song-style tea experience, Five-Movement tea conversation and two separately arranged traditional bodywork sessions give the stay a more personal rhythm.

Traditional bodywork, constitution assessment, tea, foot bathing and meditation are lifestyle and general-wellness experiences. They do not diagnose, treat or promise medical outcomes.

Personal suitability

Guests should disclose relevant health conditions, mobility needs, injuries, allergies and dietary restrictions before confirmation. Appropriate practitioners or operators decide whether an activity is suitable.

Rafting and weather

Bamboo rafting depends on weather, river level and scenic-area control. It may be replaced by a Yulong River walk, Ten-Mile Gallery, countryside cycling or another confirmed light activity.
