What the chat processes

Your messages are sent securely to our AI service provider so a reply can be generated. ChinaMaxxing does not build a public profile from the conversation or display it to other visitors.

During the open chat, the concierge may organise non-sensitive details such as timing, trip length, party, destinations, interests and travel style into visible journey notes. These notes remain in the current browser session and are not sent to our team or written to a CRM unless you choose to continue by email or another contact channel.

Messages may be processed for service operation and security under the provider’s applicable terms.

What not to send

Do not share passport or identity numbers, payment-card details, passwords, medical records or other sensitive personal information in the AI chat.

Use WhatsApp or email to begin a human enquiry; the final itinerary, suppliers, price and payment terms are confirmed separately.

Journey orders and payment

We store the contact, trip and attribution details you submit so the team can check availability, confirm the final price and service the order. We do not ask for medical records, passport numbers or payment-card details in this form.

When payment is activated, PayPal processes the card or wallet details on its secure checkout. ChinaMaxxing records the PayPal order, capture reference, amount and payment status, but not the full card number.

Optional TikTok measurement

TikTok Pixel and Events API are loaded only after you choose “Allow measurement”. With consent, we may share page, journey, order value, TikTok click ID and hashed contact identifiers to measure advertising conversions.

Choosing “Essential only” keeps TikTok measurement off. Essential cookies are still used to preserve privacy choices and keep the order flow secure.

AI accuracy and your choices

AI replies can be incomplete or mistaken. Entry and visa rules must be checked against current official sources for your nationality and itinerary.

You may use the website without opening the AI Concierge, decline advertising measurement and contact our team directly at any time.
