About this journey

A private introduction to Qingcheng’s living Taoist tradition.

This three-day journey is built around the Qingcheng Sect’s Master Retreat: a small-group course exploring standing forms, breath, introductory internal practice and the principles behind traditional Taiji movement.

The course is placed inside a complete inbound journey rather than sold as an isolated class. Private transport from Chengdu, two nights at Howard Johnson Qingcheng, an English-speaking guide, Qingcheng Mountain and Dujiangyan create the cultural context that makes the practice meaningful.

The retreat is designed for cultural learning, mindful movement and general wellbeing. It does not diagnose conditions, replace medical care or promise treatment outcomes.
